NSUK aspirants can check their admission status via two ways (2). The first one through the JAMB’s Portal, while the second is via the school’s admission status website.

Candidates can check their admission status via JAMB CAPS portal by following the instructions below:
- Visit the jamb CAPS portal: https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/
- Log in using your JAMB profile credentials.
- Navigate to ‘Check Admission Status’ tab.
- Click on ‘Admission Status’ or ‘Access my CAPS’.
- If on mobile, enable desktop site view by selecting the three-dotted menu (⋮) usually on the top right side of your screen. Then select ‘Desktop site’.
- The option bar ‘Admission Status’ will automatically pop out. Click on it. You can also click on Access my CAPS’ for admission status and other CAPS-related services.
- This process will show you whether you’ve been offered admission to NSUK once the university has uploaded its admission list to the JAMB system.

About NSUK
Nasarawa State University, Keffi, was founded in 2001 under the leadership of Governor Abdullahi Adamu, following the enactment of Nasarawa State Law No. 2.
The university was established with a mission to provide higher education opportunities for the people of Nasarawa State, equipping graduates with the skills needed for both state and national development.
A technical advisory committee was initially set up to assess the feasibility of creating the institution, and later, an implementation committee oversaw its actual establishment.
In February 2002, the university was officially sited in Keffi, with academic activities beginning in March of the same year.
Despite early challenges, Nasarawa State University, under the guidance of Professor Adamu Baikie, has since emerged as a model of best practices within Nigeria’s university system.
Its creation marked a major step forward in the state’s educational progress.
