Candidates can check their admission status via JAMB CAPS portal by following the instructions below:

  • Visit the jamb CAPS portal: https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/
  • Log in using your JAMB profile credentials.
  • Navigate to ‘Check Admission Status’ tab.
  • Click on ‘Admission Status’ or ‘Access my CAPS’.
  • If on mobile, enable desktop site view by selecting the three-dotted menu (⋮) usually on the top right side of your screen. Then select ‘Desktop site’.
  • The option bar ‘Admission Status’ will automatically pop out. Click on it. You can also click on Access my CAPS’ for admission status and other CAPS-related services.
  • This process will show you whether you’ve been offered admission to Fed Poly Bali once the university has uploaded its admission list to the JAMB system.

About Fed Poly Bali

The Federal Polytechnic Bali, established with the approval of the Federal Executive Council on March 14, 2007, focuses on “Agriculture, Technology, and Entrepreneurship” as reflected in its motto.

Both the Taraba State Government and Bali Local Government Authority played a crucial role in its setup by contributing facilities, including 500 hectares of land along the Bali-Jalingo Road for the permanent site.

The institution’s first Governing Council was inaugurated on February 10, 2009, with Alh. Abubakar Bobboi Jauro as Chairman.

By October 9, 2010, the Polytechnic received approval to offer National Diploma programs in Accountancy and Statistics, marking a significant milestone in its academic offerings.

Despite financial limitations, the institution has made notable strides in infrastructure, building 13 blocks of classrooms and offices, a library complex, lecture theatre, student centre, and a hostel that accommodates 328 students.

The Polytechnic also boasts a functional clinic registered with the National Insurance Scheme, offering a range of healthcare services, including maternity care.

Additionally, the campus encourages physical activity with sports facilities such as badminton and tennis courts, a basketball and volleyball court, and a football pitch.

An ICT Centre, capable of serving 150 students, and a lecture theatre for 500 students contribute to its emphasis on modern education and technology.

With 351 staff members, including 110 academic staff, the institution continues to grow both in size and academic quality.
